These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://glpdaily.com (the “Site”), operated by WE SELL TRAFFIC LTD (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), trading as GLP Daily, and any purchases or use of our products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing our products, you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase from our Site.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.

2. Products & Orders

Our products are dietary supplements and not drugs or pharmaceuticals. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Prices, descriptions, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship exclusively within the United States using premium carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or equivalent).
Standard delivery times are 2–5 business days but are not guaranteed.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier pickup.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties or circumstances outside our control.

4. Refunds & Returns

Damaged Products: Full refund or replacement provided if items are damaged in transit.
Customer Dissatisfaction: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Returns:
- Only unopened and unused products in original packaging are eligible.
- Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once inspected and approved.

5. Payment & Fraud Prevention

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and debit cards.
By submitting payment, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method.
Chargebacks: You agree to first contact our support team to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback. Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as fraud and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

6. No Resale Policy

Our products are intended for personal use only.
Unauthorized resale, diversion, or distribution of our products is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders suspected of resale activity.

7. Health Risks & Assumption of Responsibility

By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge that dietary supplements may carry risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, digestive upset, or interactions with medications.
You accept full responsibility for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider before use.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with product use and waive any claims against the Company.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in dispute.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, supply chain disruptions, labor strikes, cyberattacks, or power outages.

All Site content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, software, and images, is the property of WE SELL TRAFFIC LTD or its licensors and is protected by law.
